Pre-orders

FIBRAFIX™ is currently available as a pre-order.

As we prepare your order with care, please allow 7–12 business days for your order to be processed, packed and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

UK Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

While we work hard to meet our estimated shipping times, delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before placing your order.

The Rescue Mission cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, The Rescue Mission is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the courier. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
